Suzana Djukic

Training

Suzana has completed a bachelor’s degree with first class honours in Psychological Science with a major in Neuroscience at the University of New South Wales and a Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Sydney. She is registered as a Medicare provider and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society.

Suzana draws from number of evidence-based approaches in her practice including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), schema therapy and somatic therapy.

Clinical experience

Suzana has experience working as a psychologist in a variety of settings including university clinics, hospitals, non-government organisations and research centres.

Suzana sees clients with a range of concerns including stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, emotional dysregulation, relationship and family difficulties, sleep disturbances, ADHD and trauma. She has completed additional training in ADHD, has worked in a pain management program run by Royal North Shore Hospital Pain Management Clinic, and has been involved in clinical trials for people with sleep disturbances.

Practice 

Suzana has a warm, empathetic and collaborative approach to therapy. She provides people with practical skills that are tailored to an individual’s needs to help them overcome difficulties and achieve their goals. She aims to provide a space where people feel heard, understood and empowered to create long-lasting positive changes in their lives.
